How can you go back the old Facebook chat

Facebook is added a new feature on chat i.e. scroll page. On the new Facebook chat, you can only see the scroll button for the whole page, not for chat. And it says you have all people online. So how do get the scroll button back. You need to just click on Hide Sidebar option that is on your right bottom of your facebook interface.     there are no hide sidebar option...

    it will be there , you need to click on setting button that is on right bottom at the sidebar.

    it wont let me see every single person online just people i talk to most often, how do i change it back

    it doesnt say hide sidbar.
    it says avaialbe to chat..limit availability..and chat sounds..

    i dont want to hide the chat... i just want to see only the people that are currently on line right now, not everyone

    when you click on hide option, it automatically revert back on old facebook chat interface, where you can see people that are currently online.

    The hide is only available on very few select browsers, such as Chrome. Not even Safari, nor Firefox(for mac) have the hide. In any case, no one has answered the question, hiding doesn't revert it back to the old system, it just makes it temporarily look like it

    its nice that you can hide it, but id prefer to have a full list of all my online contacts, rather than a small mix of online and offline.
    this ruins the chat experience, back to the skype for me. at least they dont mess with it all the time
